　まあリンク先の写真見れば一目瞭然なんですが、パヌッチがゴール裏でぶっ倒れてます。が、これは「GK以外のプレーヤー」とみなされるよ、という話。UEFAのゼネラル・セクレタリー氏が追記していて、

＞UEFA general secretary David Taylor added: "If we did not have this interpretation then what could happen is the defending team could step off the pitch to play offside and that is clearly unacceptable.

　つまり、パヌッチの位置にいてもアクティブだとしないと、守ってるチームがオフサイドトラップをかけるために（混戦のときとかね）わざとピッチを退くだろ、それはダメでしょ、ということを言っている、らしい。

　なるほどねえ。。。
